how long does it take for all of the tiny bubbles to finally disappear?  I still see one or two the size of a ball point pen tip after a week. its been cold here so i dont know if that has anything to do with it.

They should be gone by now. Did you get it done at a tinting shop? If so..take it back and they can get rid of them for you.

Yes.  The guy has an awesome rep too.  He just got back to me and said give it another week since it went from warm to freezing the day after i got them installed.
