Way to keep it going guys. Since retiring last July at the age of 62, I have never been so busy. RV trips all over the west, taking care of the house as the wife works, hikes all over... Sold my V-Strom and am now on a 300SM. Rain headed towards the Communist City of Portland, see if I can get a dark cloud later. |

Last year I asked for a pic with the bike and a girl wearing all white. The guy felt creepy getting that shot too. Personally, I find it easy to approach people and I guess it might help when growing up in an era w/o internet and cell phones. I've had good luck with similar situations in the past, so asking for help by participating in a fun motorcycle game seems like an easy sell, IMO. The girl could have her head turned so her face isn't shown - if that is an issue. And a pet owner can easily stay out of the shot if they prefer. If the person says 'no', so what. People's livelihood's are possible because a salesman didn't give up just because someone said 'no'. I'll do better. ETA: If the owner of the Bro-Doser is around when you're wanting to snap the shot, ask him for permission and ask him about his truck. If he has the time, he will want to tell you about it no differently than I will tell you about my bike. |

Raining quite a bit here and I don't trust myself on the roads to venture out in it. If it was dry, I'd look for construction sites during the week and retail outdoor lots at nights and on the weekends. Surely there would be a decked out truck there. |

My phone doesn't like being on the handlebar mount, but I needed it there to navigate through many Indian territories. (Lafayette Square in St. Louis) When I first arrived, I thought only that green/blue part was copper. The entire roof was made of copper shingles and so were parts of the siding. The Gustavus Schuchmann House is a late-19th-century mansion in Lafayette Square Historic District, one of St. Louis's best-known historic neighborhoods. Built in 1893 for businessman Gustavus Schuchmann, it is recognized for its richly detailed Victorian architecture and remains a contributing property within the district's National Register historic designation. Attached File Here’s you one public boat ramp on the Little Red River. Would have gotten a pic closer to the river but the ramp is steep enough my kick stand was sliding.
