Congrats! I see a DD box. Was it being throttle stopped for class purposes
or basic traction control? What's it's best pass? |

They did some changes and made it slower so I need to try and get it back. The story on this car: Its been sitting for a few years "winterized". The guy bought it for his son who is a dirt track racer and didn't really like it from my understanding. Dad raced it also but was a door car guy for the most part. They put a deeper first gear/planetary in the powerglide and a higher gear and that slowed it down. I have a little work to do to get it going. Install a new starter, install a new converter (current one doesn't work well with this setup), get a new battery and update a few safety items: seat belts, flexplate and scatter shield for the powerglide. I work a PT job at a race parts store I did not go wrong by buying this at all. The trailer is worth at least half of what I bought the operation for. |

When I’m done with this Toyota, bring the S10 by and leave it with me for a month or two. I’ll have it scootin past that rail |

We'll get back to the S10
Single digit temps and snow make it hard to get motivated. I need to get it to the dyno sometime soon. |

Sorry I've been away from this thread a while.
The race track will be opening up this next weekend and I'm taking the dragster up to make some passes to get my IHRA license. My sewer line decided it needed attention most of Easter Sunday and that turned into a 10K replacement so getting the S10 dyno tuned will have to wait a while. |
