Re-built trans @98k 4.0L v6 New tires 3k ago Great shape inside and out w/very little rust. Very well taken care of. What should I expect from it? What should I do to it? |

The two big issues have already been taken care of.
My wife has a '98 with over 268K miles on it, and those were the only major issues the vehicle has had. If it was maintained properly, it's a dependable vehicle. The original radio is a turd, and I had to fix the heater blend door, but apart from regular maintenance, it's been pretty boring. |

Were the servo bores sleeved on the transmission rebuild? If not, you will be back in the same boat soon.
