First jeep was a black 1972 cj5 next was a new 77 cj5 v8. Several other jeeps in between now and then. I'm now 68 kids all grown found out I have stage 4 stomach cancer. Traded my 22 ram 2500 in for this 24, figured my tailor pulling is done. Just needed something to pull the boat. My youngest grandson likes working with grandpa and learn some tricks,I'm a 42 year retired caddie & subaru mec. Think this is a good starting point for accessories.  " />

My '24 JLUR had a Rough Country Tire Relocation & Tailgate Reinforcement put on it at the dealer, I asked if they had options, when they said they did, I said put it on without getting the details, I'm now in the market for a replacement solution. One thing to note, I haven't tried it yet, but it looks like my 35s may fit with the OEM tire carrier w/o the relocation base, I have the plastic OEM bumper. The weight of the MTs may mean I need to switch carriers, we'll see. I got a couple of Front Runner Flat Packs for Christmas. They fit perfectly in the back of my 2dr JK. Attached File One contains a 30ft jerk strap, jump pack, first aid kit, soft shackle, d-ring, tire pressure gages and the little Jeep tool kit. The other contains good jumper cables, gloves, a towel, rags, and a roll of toilet paper. There is still some room in the packs. In the storage area under the packs is a 20ft kinetic rope and a shovel. Most of the smaller stuff in the packs was previously in the storage area. The big stuff including the kinetic rope was sitting on top and always looked messy. |
