The bottle was blue, but the locktite was red. So now, i am unable to remove my foglights off my light bar on my 2005 Honda Shadow Aero. The screws in question are 5/64" setscrews...so really small and inside recessed holes.

Will PB Blaster loosen it up enough, or should I just bite the bullet and drill/tap them out?

Heat the heads up with a soldering iron, they will come off easy.

Yup. Heat is the way to release the red compound. No problem.

Or you can get a second fastner bit, heat it red hot, place it into or over the fastener, let the heat sink in then take it off.  Throw away the bit that was heated.

Loctite turns to a plastic solid after it dries.  What I usually do in your situation is to put the screwdriver in the screw head then give the back of the screwdriver a few taps with a hamme to break the loctite.

I second the soldering iron to the screw head. It'll work just fine.
