Has Hennesey found a way to tune them? |

Real Old Mopar.... I wish I still has this, they only made 2929 of them. Crappy Polaroid pic http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v655/banditman1/33543_155794041118136_4279159_n.jpg Nice! I love the '71-'72 body style. My first car was a '73 Plymouth Satellite Sebring Plus which started my affection for Mopar. I wish I still had it.

Has Hennesey found a way to tune them? Mines a 2012 and Hennesey Performance hasnt had any problems tuning my past current year model vehicles I doubt they will with this one. My understanding is that starting in '11 the computers have been locked down and no aftermarket tuners have been able to crack the code yet. If there's is a solution the cool deal. |
| I just purchased a 2012 Ram R/T myself, and I'm loving it. As of right now B&G Tuning is the only company offering any tuning capabilities for the 2011+ Hemis. Chrysler put a "rolling encryption code" (I'm no computer guy, but I think that's what it is called) in the PCM and no one has been able to crack them yet. All the major companies say they're working on it but have not given an ETA. B&G is reflashing a 2010 PCM to be able to tune the newer cars... |

That is a nice Challanger. Congrats. I've been fighting off the urge to buy one. I really like the looks and the interior has room enough for 4 people to sit comfortable, unlike the Mustang I test drove. Enjoy it! Sort of. I am 6'2" tall and there is enough legroom and seat adjustment in my Challenger that I actually have the seat moved forward some. However, I have to move it forward for my 10 year old daughter to be able to sit behind me and neither of us are that comfortable. I can get a full grown adult in the passenger seat with another full grown adult behind them fairly easily with both being reasonably comfortable. |

I want to, but just cant like the crossfires. and for me: http://i1087.photobucket.com/albums/j469/sefus73/Dart.jpg Are you the one who bought Cam Noseworthy's Dart a few years back in AZ? I still have these pictures saved on my hard drive from the auction. More pics? Here's mine, '72 Demon 340, now has a 408ci stroker based on late a 360 block and makes 425hp/445lb-ft all motor:
Engine dyno video: Click And here are my previous Mopars... The '99 Dakota Sport started life as a 318 Magnum 2WD truck with the NV3500 5-speed. The 318 was ditched for a 360 out of a Dakota R/T and then Vortech supercharged. Nasty, went through tires and clutches like a boss. '69 Barracuda started life as a 225 slant 6 with a 904. It was a Pro Street project in the works but I ran out of money due to a series of unfortunate circumstances and had to sell her. Still miss that damn car like you wouldn't believe. Last one was an '05 Crossfire SRT-6, which ran in the 11s all day without juice. It had the whole host of Needswings bolt-on parts. Sold it to buy a Miata to road race, which was a decision I quickly regretted.

Damn!! Thats gonna really haul ass. yeah I was going to go with just a standard pro charger but for the money it doesnt seem worth it stock hP is 375 with 415 tq and a supercharger would only add about 450 Hp and around 575 torque for 5,000 custom tuned and installed for 7,000 with 2 of their largest turbos with a custom manifold and tuning Im looking at about 700 HP and around there in tq. |

| I know yall are gonna beat me with a sock full of nickles, but I'm working on a 71 challenger R/T that I am swapping a lt1 into. Maybe gonna keep the stock 727 or put in the camaro trans. I'm not good enough with carbs for them as a daily driver, plus I like to be different. |

Beretta96Inox - SRT10 Ram is an awesome truck. Great bang for the buck. Chromekilla - why not an LS1? Honestly, just cost. I can get a complete lt1 camaro for like $1500-$2,000. I'm gonna try and run as much of the underhood stuff as I can. Ls1 seem more costly, but make more power IIRC. I just can't decide on to run the 727 or the electronic trans. I'd like to run that trans with my auto shifter in my car already, but doubt that would work. |

I looked at a new challenger that would be wrecked, but I am still looking at $7-$15k. I was ideally going to steal the interior also if I went that route. |

Anyone else currently modding their Mopars? Oh yeah, been modding it for the last three years. Also been trying to put it back together for the last three years also. http://www.supermotors.net/getfile/718910/fullsize/100_0006.jpg Slowly getting it back to running. It had a 318 auto in it. It is getting a 440 4 speed. What is your suggestion here. Primer and paint with doors and hood on, or do them separate? |

I think costco has a deal going on the big rubbermaid mops and buckets now. Hugger orange perhaps?
