How is it running with no ignition or spark plugs? Would need EFI or points & plugs if I'm not mistaken.

I was wondering that myself. Maybe it just runs on pressure or something?
I would soooo buy the kit of one if possible,though...

Has to be pressure.  No gas, no spark.  Compressed air tube into the engine.

I'd buy one as well.

That is awesome. I handmade a stirling engine for a design project a few years ago and I can't imagine the work that went into that V12.
