Is this good to go in my old 69 Pontiac (Dino oil) and my Lincoln 02' (synthetic oil)?  Should I worry about the cat in the Lincoln?

I believe Mobil 1 15W50 and some diesel engine oils have high levels of ZDDP.  I would not be surprised if Redline and Amsoil also sell products with ZDDP in them.

ZDDP will not help the life of the cat in your Lincoln, which is why it go banned.

With the reduction of Zinc in modern oils, use a zinc addative for anything with a flat tappet cam at every oil change.  If the motor is equipped with a roller cam addatives are not required.

Valvoline VR1 racing oil has a great additive package with the correct amount of zddp for flat tappet engines. It is al I will run in my 4.0 jeep motors
