Why are there sometimes two options at the same strike price?

Go here for an example:

finance.yahoo.com/q/op?s=QQQQ&m=2007-03


As you can see there's two different March '07 $44.00 put options with different prices.

Pretty sure those low volume duplicate symbols are European Options. They have different rules than American Options, and are sometimes listed/traded on our exchanges.
