I'm putting a condo up for sale FSBO. So far, after one day on Zillow, I have had many phone calls--from real estate agents who want me to list it with them.
Getting lots of FUD--"you won't get the exposure", "you'll get shady buyers", etc. It seems to me that in a good market (upscale town in SE MI) that a properly priced condo should do fine. Have you sold a home FSBO? How was it? |

Fsbo might work. You can also use a flat fee service. That would get you on realtor.com, and the mls. I can get realtors around here for 3.5%, so thats what i go with. I have used a flat fee service numerous times, but i still offered the buyers realtor 3% (you can offer anything you want).
Eta: The majority of calls you will get will be from realtors wanting to list it. You will get things in the mail too. They are like vultures. |
