| Anyone have recommendations on a cheap TV tuner card. PCI / PCI express. Just want to watch TV on my dual monitor set up. Does not need to be very advanced. Cheaper the better....thoughts? I like to shop at NewEgg if you have any from there. |

I recently got this:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001E2V7R8/ref=ox_ya_oh_product Like the reviews say, the sensitivity of the card isn't great (worse than my Samsung TV), and the WinTV7 software pretty much sucks, but I like it because it works great with Win 7 Media Center and it picks up all my local stations.
