I'm considering making a small animation as part of a powerpoint presentation we have to do because I doubt any other students will have something like that and it makes explaining my topic much easier.
I've heard flash is really easy to use. Is it easy enough that I can create my animation in an afternoon or so? Or is it something that will take some time to learn from scratch, like AutoCAD? |

Afternoon? No.
A couple of days, sure. You might be better off just learning the animation tools within PowerPoint though. Likewise, Flash is created using Adobe tools, which are universally expensive. You would need to learn a clunky open-source tool if you go the free route. If you have a student lab that has the software already and stumble on an art student that might help you could do it. |
