Since I am a fairly new user to Firefox I was wondering what are your favorite add-ons and themes.

abp, no script, linkification, sxipper, forecastfox, for themes i liked aerofox but no 3.5 update yet, using gradient icool, also like noia 2.0

I like flash got. But it downloads the .flv file and it would be nice if it were .wmv or something that you did not need vlc player for. So I could send them in emails to people without it.

I am trying to get download helper to work, but having problem with playback in WMP.

It is a matter of finding the right codecs to use. I tired MPEG4 Video and AC3 Audio.

I am only running 3.0, not 3.5 yet so don't know about the compatibility of these for the latest version.

Adblock Plus, NoScript, Link&Form Info, CookieSafe, oldbar (I didn't like how the awseome bar functions), Sage (RSS reader), TamperData (for educational purposes only), UserAgent Switcher, videodownloadhelper

Plenty of other ideas at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/ but I'd suggest to check version compatibility and comments/ratings

download helper? Is that for downloading Youtube vids? I use Realplayer for that. It works very well.

btw, a good ad-on is webmail notifier. I can set it to play a sound when I get an email and it automatically logs me in.
