I want to develop a web site for my gun business. Does anyone know if GoDaddy is anti gun or not? Anyone know of other places where I can set up a gun business online?

Anything goes at Godaddy...  I have plenty of gun domains registered with them.  Note I do not use them for hosting however!  Right now I have a dedicated box with Hostgator and I really like them.

Use godaddy for your registrar but I would set up your hosting elsewhere.

Shoot me an e-mail or PM. We would be happy to help you out. We host several gun websites some of which are ARFCOM members.

Promise you won't have any issues with Go-Daddy. Bob Parsons is an old Marine and he is very pro military, I have been given discounts on hosting because I'm a Marine and he sent me a personal e-mail a few years back. Highly recommend.

Use GoDaddy for domains. Cheap and effective. I host elsewhere
go to http://www.slickdeals.net for coupon codes

I used them as a host for a gun related business.  There are better hosts with better customer service.

GoDaddy sucks. See the story of what they did to Fydor at http://nodaddy.com

Personally, I like http://namecheap.com

Personally I'd just register a domain there and host elsewhere, like hostrocket.com or with one of the hosts listed above.

GoDaddy is a lot like PayPal...

You can use them for years with no problems, and then one day, they screw you over big time.

They'll let you register just about anything, but try NameCheap.com

Use godaddy for domain registrations, avoid them for hosting. Take a look on webhostingtalk.com and find a good shared host for your business. I can't suggest any myself as I only utilize dedicated servers and virtual private servers for my web and application hosting needs.
