Constraints:
IP-based remote viewing - secure or plain IP.. I have a VPN to the remote site. 8-channel analog video inputs w/ audio, there will be NO expansion. 32-40 frames per second across all 8 channels - image quality must be NTSC/broadcast quality. $5k USD for server + software + DVR card (storage array is NOT constrained) Storage: Gigabit ethernet to SAN or NAS So.. whose got a good software and DVR / video acquisition card that someone here has first-hand experience with?
