Seeking skilled help for this problem since I have no idea what to do....
She just called and says her internet explorer has been taken over by some spam sight..so ever time you try and access the internet it goes to a specific sight and you cant proceed. What should I do next? Any help would bemuch appreciated since I'm for from a computer guru. |
Tell her to stay off the porn sites. 
Get and run a good cleaner like the others suggested (when I run mine I usually make sure I am disconnected from the internet too so they don't have anywhere to run or hide), then go into the IE > Tools > Internet Options and make changes to the home page. |
