Within the last week it seems that every other time I turn my computer on it runs chkdsk, stating that there is a bad or corrupt sector of harddrive.  So far it's run about 4 times now.  Is my hard drive ready to take a crap on me?  Should I be looking for a new one, or is there a way to fix this issue?

Backup/copy your personal files NOW.

Also - Most small Comp. shops will load a new copy of your OS on a New HD if you bring
in the Bad one.
