For the last 2 weeks I am having problems updating this program.

It connects and then "Error retrieving Update" What's up with that?

The same thing is happening on a second computer.

Check to see if the program itself has an upgrade, not just the definitions.

Last update for it IIRC was Jan 7th no more update Download Ad Aware 2007. Its not perfect but it's free and it works. Go to Download.com.

I ran into the same issue a few weeks ago and had to download the 07 version
the install will automatically take care of removing the older version

If you are going to google Ad-Aware, make sure you click on a Lavasoft site to avoid the problems I am having, there is a vicious hijack program in one of those links.
