How much has she used it, sounds like you just bought it, and she hasn't used it very much. If that's the case just do a system recovery or retore, whatever terminoloy Dell uses. I don't know the specifics of Dells, but there might be a restore partition, a system restore CD, or even the OS on cd's for a restore |
