Everytime I log on to my home PC I get a message to insert a CD to finish loading a program. If I try to cancel out, it says that one of the other users is loading it and they will need to complete loading it. None of my family knows what it is or wants it loaded. The name is "TrayApp" How do I get rid of this message? BTW, it is taking up a LOT of RAM just trying to load the thing. I've tried running an AVG virus scan. I've tried going to remove programs and looking for it there to remove it. No joy. Any advice? |
