Is there a way to make Access only print one page for each entry in a report? I have a small report that I am trying to print, but it keeps trying to print a report for every entry in the database, and it adds a blank page between each page with Data on it. Any help would be appreciated, I am learning how Access works as I go. |

Yep, look under sorting and grouping. You can pick a field in the list and tell it to start a new group for each value and also tell it to keep each group on one page. Also under the report settings there is an option for the group keep together. You can switch between column and row. Set it to row. |
