I have a logitech 3.5mm mic, DFI Lanparty UT RDX200 mobo and some sort of Realtek HD audio driver since I am using onboard audio. This install of x64 is new as of last night. I want to use VOIP in BF2 so I need my mic to work. Realteks audio manager detects that the mic is plugged in and it shows up in the control panel but it still doenst work. Realteks site is so fucking stupid. I "think" that I am downloading the right driver. When I used windows update this morning, it installed my current audio driver. Can someone help me? |

... not with your specific situation. I did x64 also, and had a TOUGH time getting drivers for everything I had. In fact, had to toss some components after better researching compatibility. Often times there is a "x64 / beta" kind of section for drivers seperate from the traditional drivers. See if DFI has one. Or search the web for something like "x64 realtek drivers" and just try some drivers manually that way. |

First, did you download the drver updates from DFI ? us.dfi.com.tw/Support/Download/driver_download_us.jsp?PRODUCT_ID=3669&CATEGORY_TYPE=LP&STATUS_FLAG=A&SITE=US also check to be sure that you don't have something on mute. |
