Insight my cable bb provider has been doing "upgrades" for almost a week. My outgoing email is FUBAR'd and I get the runaround from idiots in the local office and the national tech lines have been jammed for days.  Every time I try to send a email I get #bad address 5.1.1
I am using mail and address I have had for a long time. Netscape or microsquish outlook both the same.  Im so fucking mad I gave up am going back to my DSL service. I regret ever changing. The cable isnt that much faster for a residential user like me and I never had a problem with DSL. I only went with cable when I got rid of the DishNetwork and they offered me a good deal on the cable BB.

its funny a guy i work with was just talking about the same thing.   his internet has been dropping.  email hasn't been working.   he switched out the router(troubleshooting) and he can't register the new one because their registration computers aren't working.   So we feel your pain.  

insightbb is a good company  I do alot of work with insightbb.   the change will be good for you AND me.  trust me
