www.bayden.com/SlickRun/ SlickRun provides a way to launch apps & URLs via keywords. For example, I hit the hotkey to bring up SlickRun, type "calc" and it launches the Windows calculator. It's a lot faster that navigation the Start menu for commonly used apps. You can add your own keywords as well. Some of the ones I use... "bf2" - Battlefield 2 "vs" - Visual Studio "sql" - SQL Enterprise Manager "query" - SQL Query Analyzer If you're a keyboard-centric Windows user like myself, this is a great app, and it's free. |
