My son has a computer with which he was making some fairly heavy-duty graphs. The computer stopped working. The fixers at the (free) computer repair place said that his graphic card (a GeForce 9800 GT) was causing the power supply to fail. Another one said the card was bad; it only has a 2.5 year lifetime. Anyway, his current computer doesn't have the
horsepower to make these animations. He is doing this for his school work and needs to get back in the saddle. Anyone have any suggestions where we could get a very inexpensive or free card that won't crash the system? His computer is a Dell; his editor is Hitfilm 4 Express.
