In need of a new to me Laptop for general work purpose and some light surfing. I am a contract instructor on a couple of different topics and mostly this will be for toting it back and forth for lectures and keeping grades and schedules on.
I was looking at this one Eltiebook 8440p, was going to go the referb route from Tampa Laptop for $289 with free shipping. I have $75 in Amazon gift cards which is a consideration but will not be deciding factor. So should I Fo amd if No Fo what should I be looking at in the $350 dollar range? |

The one you link has a larger hard drive but an i3 vs an i5 and cost $150 (after amazon gift cards) The only thing that comes up on the Elitebook is a some what subpar display, am I missing something? |

Much faster internals. 1st gen i series processor in the elitebook vs 3rd gen in the probook. Much better integrated graphics in the probook vs the elitebook probook has usb 3.0 ports, the elitebook does not. |
