Looking at the 15" base model of the MBP Retina using the integrated Intel Iris Pro 5200 graphics, 8GB Ram and 256GB Flash Drive. I can get it for $1850 now or wait for the new models to come out this fall. Should I buy now or wait?

I always say wait, for two reasons: If you wait you can get the newer model, or if you wait and you don't like the newer model you can get the one you've been looking at for a lower price.

Wait for the new version, then  buy that one for less.

Do you really think $1850 is a good value for a computer with integrated graphics when it is likely that it will drop to ~$1500-1600 when the new models come out.

Well, thanks for the response. I think it makes sense to wait awhile and see what comes out in the next few months to year. For $1850 it should be loaded with the latest hardware, including a dGPU.
