I have a Qualcomm phone (crackberry style) with unlimited internet on it. It's way too small for any practical use, due to my old guy eyes. The wifi I currently use is painfully slow and unreliable anyway. I got a data cord to plug it to my laptop. When I plug in, it sez I need a driver. I have made probably a dozen honest efforts to download drivers from assorted websites, with nothing but wasted time and some spam for my efforts. I'm not really retarded, but, I admit to being somewhat backward regarding this tech stuff. Anyone capable of walking/frogging/goosestepping me through this?

Downloaded the blackberry program. Every time I open it, it says it "stopped working". WTF? It hasn't STARTED working. And, to top things off, it won't let me uninstall it. God, how I love computers....
