| not a program, but a service. Google up "youtube to MP3". Find a video on youtube (or a host of other sites) that you like the audio portion of. Go to the youtube-to-mp3 site, past the link, put up with a few minutes of Ads, and out pops a link to download the MP3. Free, and I've used it several times with success. |
