Anyone else wasting their day studying for a certification exam?
Got the VCP exam on Saturday and I'm hoping to pass it on the first sitting, but spending most of yesterday and today studying sucks. |

When I took the VCP VI3 test, turns out the Test Kings study guide had EVERY question from the test... VERBATIM.
I studied with that, and had to mark a couple answers wrong just so I didn't ace the test. Don't get me wrong, I already knew pretty much everything, and had been working with VMware. Today, I'm not studying for a certification, but a promotion. My employer gives a test every 6 months or so, and if one passes and they have openings, you get promoted. |

VCP VI3 wasn't bad, now VCDX is where it's at (wish I had started it). I might look into that one after I get the VCP. Looks like only needs some other tests and application. As long as it doesn't need another class. |
