| HI guys, I need your help. I had a netgear wireless usb adapter a while back hooked up to my computer. I just got hooked back up to a landline last month since the adapter was going bad. I went to add/remove programs and it won't let me remove it. The other thing is when my computer restarts it ( netgear usb setup screen) pops up and it won't let me close it out. I have to go to end task in order to get it to close out. What can I do to remove the program? Thanks guys. Feel free to talk in layman's terms. If you get too technical I will get lost. |
| I'm running XP service pack two. It's a home computer. I'm the only one that uses it but I haven't set up an administrator thingy, or at least I don't think I have. Usually problems I've had that required the administrator password prompted me. Hope this info helps you. And thanks for your help. |
