I would like to be able to send encrypted email, at work, at home, from my phone, from a public library etc, with out having to be a programmer.
Possible?
What are my options? What can I load up my USB thumb drive with and start practicing?

The closest thing I know of is True Crypt. But I don't think it will work from a phone. It is free through.
