Does anyone here use OpenDNS' DNS servers instead of their ISPs? Is there a noticeable advantage? How is the porn/phishing/spam filtering?

I switched about 4 months ago. I was having a problem opening specific websites with either Firefox or IE. It solved that problem and haven't had any since.
