| I have a time warner cable dvr motorola model dcx 3400. i am trying to figure out how to access the hard drive from a pc and copy files. It has ethernet, firewire, s video and composite outputs. The only way I have figured out how to do this is to record via old ATI software then convert to divx to decrease file size and further convert to dvd if desired. The problem with that is that you have to record real time meaning that a 2 hour recording takes 2 hours to record. I would like to be able to access that dvr hard drive as if it were a hard drive on another computer. Anyone know how to do this? |
