I have a Rebel XTI that I will be taking to a photo shoot. Is there anyway I can hook my camera up to my laptop so the person with me can see the photos as I take them? I remember reading something about it in the manual, but I can't find my manual. FYI I do have the cable that has a USB connector on one end and a connector to plug into the camera on the other.

You should have the Canon software that came w/ your Xti. Its either DPP-Digital Photo Professional, Canon Utility or something like that.
Load software & plug camera in & your GTG. -OR- Plug the video cable into the camera & into a TV. Now everything you see on the back of the camera will be on the TV. If your teaching a class this is a great way to show what the camera captures. 7mm |
