I thought I'd share a couple short vids I made with my digital camera and an AR15. Now these aren't very good, I'm about as amateur as someone can be. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bdd2_XkE1B4 www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yp1Uw-RtluA |

That's actually a pretty neat idea. You can watch the videos and critique yourself on your shooting. You can pick out if you are consistently shooting to the left or right or high... You could also try to set it up so that it is looking over your shoulder so you can better see the movement of the weapon prior to the shot. Pretty cool videos. |
HIJACK On Hmmm....I'm in the biz of selling pro camera gear & I'm sure w/ a little time in the Bogen/Avenger catalog in their grip section + some scope mount bases would equal a pretty cool set up. Bogen just came out w/a very cool clamp called the Nano. Its very small & light weight using 1/4x20 & 3/8x16 female thread mounts. It may have some possibilities. It was Elmo or some other camera company that made a 'lipstick' camera that was tethered to a mini hard drive. The HD was about 3"x4"x1" & the camera was as long & round as your index finger but big $,$$$.$$ Also I believe its in the Cabela's catalog but they have a gun & bow mounted video camera... In the service biz the answer is always YES but is it in budget? HIJACK OFF BTW cool videos. I'll see if a Canon S5IS will do. 7mm |
