May I ask what lens did you use for those?
I've had a Rebel XT for over a year, and I just can't seem to get those kinds of photos. I think I need more practice...  I'm at the point right now where I shoot an insane amount of photos, hoping that more than a few come out well. (Mostly for action, rather than composition.)
