Does anyone have any suggestions for insurance for cameras that include accidental drop and damage?

Ive seen a lot of things posted about MACK...feedback is mixed.  There is another company called New Leaf, but I have not seen any feedback about them..

I do not carry it but my homeowners insurance covers them for agreed value.

I got renter's insurance (I think $20,000), and had riders added for my camera gear and MacBook. It covers theft, some accidents, or loss. Like, if I forgot my gear bag on a vacation, they would replace it.

I think it runs me $226 dollar per year for everything.

Check your home policy.  Most will let you add a rider for all your listed equipment with no deductible for a very small cost.

Just an update on this...

After researching many options, I found out that state farm offers a personal items policy even if you do not have homeowners insurance with them (in PA at least).

For $78.00 a year I was able to get my D800E, 24-70, and 70-200 VRII insured for replacement cost and the insurance covers accidents (drops, liquid spills, etc).

Now I feel safe taking my camera out again.
