Some pictures of an owl in my parent's yard. They have 1.25 acres, and behind them is 50+ acres that are wild and undeveloped. They have seen 3 owls all sitting together, but this morning when I was there I only saw 1.
Nikon D7000, 70-300mm lens. These first 3 were through the window, with the owl about 20 feet away. 
Then I tried to sneak up on it outside, but I don't think I was successful. I was in the driveway about 50 feet away. 
Too bad he missed the squirrel - that would have been a great picture! |
