I had been doing a lot of training over the fall for a marathon I did in December, and had other things that took up my time after that, so I hadn't been doing much photography at all for a few months.
Then I took three hikes in our local nature preserve in a couple weeks and now the fever is back in my blood...

As usual, very nice pics, man!
I wish I could afford a pro-level lens with more reach than my 80-200mm.

Nice shots!

What are the specs on the glass your shooting?  I'd love to know what focal lengths your working with in those shots.

I need to figure out to look up the exif data on other peoples' photos . . .

The shots were taken with a Canon 7D, using either a 100-400 or a 500mm f4, usually with a 1.4x TC.
