to remove some slight blurring from a picture (digital) via photoshop or any other method? Thanks!

eta: the picture isnt too far gone, it is a portrait style pic with some blurring around the facial areas (i dont know what caused it)

You can sharpen the detail in some blurryness but you will not get rid of it. Depending on the subject and where it is located, you could clone in some detail. But that is very difficult photoshop technique to get right without it looking silly.

If you are not sure what caused it, be sure to check out what depth of field is. That way you can prevent it in the future. Typically if you shoot with a wide aperture, parts of the human face will not be in focus due to the DOF of some lenses at certain focal lengths.
