SupCom was a spiritual successor to Total Annihilation which was so ahead of its time, and I liked both. If you are looking for epic battles (we are talking 500 unit battle, not couple squads like StarCraft)

Can't wait to play SupCom2.

Steam isn't THAT bad these days. It works pretty well for me, actually its been working fine for me since 05.
