So I have my live account. Got my son his own. Now I have to buy the maps for his account even though they are already on the machine for my account!?

no you shouldnt have to. The maps are associated with the s/n of the console.

Let your kid on your xbox and use the recover gamertag function on dashboard. Youll need his gamertag, and the email and password you used when he set his gamertag up.

That should do it.

Hmmm s/n. I did get a replacement however I think my account is ok and I just made his. I'll take a look see what I can do.

I actually think they downloads are associated with the gamertag.

therefore you would have to buy them for each user..?? maybe?? not realy sure?
