hello there,

i use a trust qz 501 predator joystick or rather have been trying to .....bought this a couple of years ago to use combat flight sim 2 but found that after calibration the joystick would work BUT it would not hold centre in game, it would slowly lower the nose and it would not turn to the right as quick as it would the left.
i never found a soulution to the problem and sorta lost intreast but yesterday i fancied messing around flying so loaded up the game and plugged in the joystick but still have the same problem.

soon as you take off the nose dips- not alot but enough you notice it, even if you leave the joystick to centre itself the plane still noses down and sorta falls to the left.

also when i load up windows control pannel to calibrate it the little cross wont reach the far side of the box on the RIGHT and also it shakes alot even though my hand is nowhere near the joystick

as you can imagine this is bloody annoying when youre trying to shoot down an enemy plane but i cant seem to find a fix for it so i was wondering if the great minds of ARFCOM could help me out.

thankyou

I'd get a new joystick... sometimes you can change the "null" area, so that you don't get that drift when it is suppose to be centered. But if it doesn't go all the way to the right, the "pot" that controls that is probably bad.
