I bought one used about two years ago from an arfcom member. I was not over impressed. I paid $200 and feel that is what it is worth barely. A couple of pieces broke. The safety and the magazine release all broke within a week of my buying it. Sometimes the magazine will not seat properly and will fall out. The paint gets stuck in the barrel. The 45 gram cylinder leaks. The casings do not eject all of the time and when they do they are hard to find. It looks cool as hell, but as far as performance goes I would not feel comfortable in a game with it. I found it difficult to hit a 12" square target at 20 paces, something I can do all day with my .68 cal paintgun. I will admit it worked one day I got 20 shots off and 10 hit the target the others flew high or fell within 5 feet of the muzzle. I was fun as hell firing full auto and hearing the casings hit the deck. Now mine is one of the originals so maybe improvements have been made. I would have been highly pissed if I paid $500 for this gun. Geiger1 (back to lurking) sends hug.gif |
