Does anyone know if I can hook up a Creative 4.1 computer sound system to my PS2???

I don't believe so...the only audio output on the PS2 that's not built in to the standard cable is an optical one.  So unless you find a speaker system that has an optical in, you're SOL.  

Now, there are 2 usb ports on the front of the PS2, but I don't know that you can hook speakers up to them...you may have to do a little research.  I hooked up a generic USB joystick to my PS2, and it didn't work.  

DUH...I guess you can hook up the regular composite audio (red and white) outputs to the Creative set IF it has inputs for it.  Some computer sound systems have additional inputs, in case you want to use it with a portable dvd player or other stuff like that.  My buddy bought a Logitech system that had all kinds of inputs on it, including optical and mini.  

I believe the Creative 4.1 only has a mini jack input, though...seems to me I have a CL 4.1 on one of my systems.  IIRC, you go from the soundcard to the system via the mini stereo jack...don't recall any other way to hook it up.
