Bought it because I thought it was about analingus but it wasn't.  Still a pretty fun game.  You indirectly control a small colony of people.

Some dumb fucker just proposed to one of my other colonists.  She said no so he had a mental breakdown and burned my entire base down.  So I'm starting fresh as we speak.  You can set building projects, farming orders, hunting etc.  Can take directly control to temporarily conscript your colonists into your army so that you can directly control their actions during combat.

looks really fun, hoping it goes on sale sooner or later. $30 is kind of steep for early access IMHO but I haven't heard a single negative thing yet... might pick it up next week.

Unless these games are really up your alley I would say 30 dollars is a bit much.  It is a lot of fun though.  Right now my doctor is sick with a muscle parasite and I'm struggling to treat him.  He's also the only one worth dick at research so if he croaks I'm at a technological standstill.

If you ever get tired of vanilla constant death there is years worth of mods on the ludeon website . I bought the game shortly after it exited kickstarter and it was well worth it imo. For me it's one of those ones you play nonstop for a few months, then set it down for a few months, then repeat the process every time a new patch is released. The Dev is really responsive and actually listens to the community on feature requests within reason(ie: no you can't have a howitzer, but if someone mods it in go wild. And multiple people have heh), but he seems a bit overwhelmed at his seemingly over nite success after launching on steam. I have no doubts he will continue doing what he has been doing for the last few years though.

$30 was a steal for the amount of hours I put into RW over the years.  Prison Architect (I'm at 260+hrs of play now) wasn't even close to this quality when it hit EA at a $50 price tag.  I've spent $60 for 30hrs of entertainment.

True, seems like people dump a lot of hours into it. Price is a non issue if I'm getting reasonable play time for the money. I'll probably grab it in a couple months, I'm hesitant to get anything with no man's sky dropping in 3 weeks and some bit star citizen updates coming.
