What kind of mics are you guys using for voice comms on PC? |

Get whatever headset you like that sounds the best and pick up an antlion mod mic.
http://www.amazon.com/Antlion-Audio-ModMic-Attachable-Microphone/dp/B00T6XUL8S I'm using audio technica AD700's with that modmic, works good. |

So I was gonna buy a nice audiophile headset and some kind of clip on mic for PC. This here may be the ticket. Thanks dudes. |

Need to hear them footsteps. |

Need to hear them footsteps. Was using Logitech G35 headset, 7.1 surround. I thought they were pretty good. I just got a set of Audio Technica AD700s recently along with the Antlion ModMic. Gotta say, I can hear so much more now. I play Rainbow Six Siege and I can pretty much tell you where you are at damn near any point during the game. Made a HUGE difference. Plugged into my onboard surround sound: Realtek ALC1150 8 channel and It's beast mode! |

Setsey headset
I have a set of these, I was a little nervous but there were a lot of great reviews so I rolled the dice. These are very nice, comfortable headsets, not real crazy about the boom mic but everyone I game with has complimented me on the quality of the sound. The sound profile is excellent with surround sound, mutable mic, Volume control and mute. I was using a wireless set up until I was having problems with the battery life while using Vent/TeamSpeak and using the game. I could use one or the other but when running both the headset would die and was iffy when plugged, so I got a wired headset and I am very happy. |
