I just bought MW3 last night, and the system keeps telling me it needs to download the 1.05 update, however it won't complete the download and gives me an error code of 80710102. I've checked the internet connection on my end and its good both at the PS3 itself (self test) and at all other devices in the house using the internet. Also when I log onto the PS network through the console it keeps logging me out every few minutes or timing out while trying to log in.
I do not have this problem with MW2 and can play both online and single player. Anyone have any advice? Is there someplace I can download the 1.05 patch to a thumb drive and then plug it into the game console? |
